How does KYBELLA work?
Deoxycholic acid, the active ingredient in KYBELLA, is designed to break down fat cells in the submental area. After they are eliminated, these fat cells cannot grow back. Therefore, more KYBELLA injections shouldn't be needed as soon as you have finished.
Can KYBELLA be used to treat other areas of the body?
Right now, KYBELLA can only be used to treat the upper neck. KYBELLA can effectively minimize the fat in the upper neck that creates the appearance of a double chin. KYBELLA hasn't been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for use on any other areas of the body.
Am I eligible for a KYBELLA treatment?
